Reto Meuli is an experienced specialist in anaesthesiology with many years in outpatient anaesthesia. He has a thorough clinical grounding and broad expertise in patient-centred anaesthesia and pain management. He studied medicine at the universities of Fribourg and Bern and then completed comprehensive training in anaesthesia at respected Swiss hospitals, including the cantonal hospitals of Chur, Baden and St. Gallen — along with experience in emergency medicine with Rega, the Swiss air rescue service.

Specialist in anaesthesiology (2011)
own outpatient anaesthesia practice since 2015
Outpatient anaesthesia as a field of its own
Sehklinik's operations are performed on an outpatient basis — and that is exactly what Reto Meuli specialises in. Outpatient anaesthesia is a field of its own: short-acting techniques, precise dosing, patients who go home the same day — often at an advanced age and with accompanying conditions. Reto Meuli has worked in this setting since 2003; in 2015 he founded Narco-Doc, his own practice offering exclusively outpatient anaesthesia services. For Sehklinik's patients this means: the anaesthesia for your procedure is in the hands of a physician who does nothing else.
